Cancelling sim

I have two sims on one account if I cancel the one that shows on my dashboard will the other one show on.

and if the answer is yes could I then port my number from my old sim (the one I would cancel) to my new sim (the other sim on the account)

Hi @Likahey,

Have you been able to register an account for each of your SIM cards? Our system does not allow for 2 SIM cards to show on one account so cancelling the SIM belonging to the dashboard that you see wouldn't then show the second SIM.

Based on this, you will have to set up an account for the second SIM using a separate email address to be able to view that SIM cards dashboard.

Hi Ryan. Please can you confirm me that my sim is cancel yet? I need to ring the bank up to cancel my  payment monthly 9pound I was paying ?
