CANCLE MY CONTRACT

My contract ends in March. I want it ended but cant phone anyone. I am being charged for more than what im using and have arranged a payment plan with a second party company as this is what had to happen due to the lack of communication with ID Mobile. 

 

Can you please tell me how i can cancle the contract to avoid further chargers.
