cant cancel my contract i no long have my sim card

I need help cancelling my contract but I don’t know my id mobile number. I only got the contract out for a new phone so I never used it and have lost the sim. Ive tried going to live chat but you need the phone number and I’ve tried looking through old emails but no luck. I’ve had this contract for a few years now and want to finally cancel it

I want to either finish contact or upgrade with new phone as I've been paying for a phone contract I'm no longer using. I haven't got sim or number or phone anymore but still paying for 40 months later

Upgrades can only be done via the iD account which will be an issue if you can’t access it.
