Cant cancel my sim only plan

I started a SIM only plan about a fortnight ago. Reception is pretty poor and I need to cancel it. I went through the options on my account which didn't work I will attempt to attach a screenshot. when that failed the option was to go to live chat I have been trying live chat all day and it's not possible. Plus you don't get to wait in a queue they just cut you off. I need to cancel my plan. How the hell can I do this?
