I would like a PAC code to allow me to keep my sons number please?

Hello @GarethW4,

You can text the words PAC to 65075 from the iD SIM to get a PAC code.

Alternatively, log into the iD app/account, click My Account > End my plan and then when asked to keep your number, select Yes.
