closing my account

I’m living for good the UK this week and I want to close my account.

I tried many times through my account IDMobile but it not leading to anywhere. I know that I have to pay the remaining amount and the rental line.

please send me a link or how to do it otherwise I will leave unfortunately without paying you and it’s your fault.
