Complaint continued to charge after leaving ID Mobile

I had two accounts with ID for my children.

I left with one of the accounts in December last year using the PAK code supplied by ID and have been paying the new provider ever since. I have therefore been overcharged for 5 months before I realised this. I have attempted a number of times over the last few weeks to contact ID to sort this mess out but there is no email address, chat is permanently offline and your offices have a recorded message saying contact via chat, I refuse to pay any more money to ID until this is sorted out can someone contact me to explain why you have been illegally overcharging me for so long or should I just contact Ofcom?
