contract was cancelled in store 2 yrs ago, but i have still been charged every month for it unfortunately i didn’t notice as believed it was for something else, the contract was bought out and new one started. i have tried to get help through yourselves but getting nowhere, i cancelled direct debit and now have received final demand letter.

We are sorry to hear about that issue. We would recommend getting in touch with Carphone Warehouse in regards to what happened in-store but we can help you here with the contract cancellation.
Cancelling a Direct Debit will mean that the bill is left unpaid which will cause the final demand letter; your credit score can also be affected.
