When you request a 30-days notice, your bills during this time are produced as normal.
Once your contract is cancelled, your final bill is produced. We collect the payment for this final bill (if any remains) 14-days after.

How did you cancel this and what date was this cancelled?

When you log into the iD app/account does this show as cancelled?

I have cancelled my contract over the phone probably on the 15th of September, in September I was charged my regural £15.00 and now I have received a bill for October for £15.00. When I logg into my ID account it doesn’t show as cancelled. I can see my next bill being scheduled for 14th December.
