Hi there, 

 

i have an account, which is also charged every month, however i need to cancel it, but dont know the phone number. can you help please? thanks

Hello @lydiaBer,

Do you still have access to the SIM at all?

You should be able to get the number by putting the SIM in the phone and texting someone.

I'm afraid I don't have the sim at all...i thought i already cancelled this account ages ago. but it doesn't seem like it
