Hi, I moved from EE to iD mobile this week and successfully ported my number using an EE PAC code. I have decided to move away from iD mobile due to no signal in my area and have requested a PAC code and iD mobile have given me the exact same one that EE gave to me. I tried to port online and spoke to Plusnet customer services to sort it but both times it returned an error message as the code is unusable. Is there anyway I can be issued a new one that will work? Thanks
