Duplicated order/Direct Debit

Hi, 

I ordered a new phone 2 days ago. It arrived this morning but it appears that there's been a duplication of my order and an email is stating that I have 2 direct debits set up. 

Obviously an error but how to sort when there's no call centre or live chat?

Hi there @Katamari (great game by the way, if you’re username is from that).

Did you receive a second handset after your last message?  Do you need us to contact you privately here in order to setup a return on that?

Ha, yes it is from the game! 

I've been emailed some labels to print off to return the second handset. Just need to sort my printer first.
