End contract, phone lost by my mum

Hi, I bought the iD phone and plan for my elderly mum, she found it difficult to use it, but has now lost it.
I need to cancel the contract please.

I understand that you have purchased a phone from ID alongside a contract deal. Your case might not be straight forward as upon cancellation you might be required to return the handset that has been lost. The best option will be to speak to a support team member for best solution. Click here for contact information.

In order to Return/Cancel your contract you will need to follow these instructions here

Mind that you may incure charges for cancelling your contract if you are outside your 30 days return period and if you signed 24 months contract.
