end my contract

Hi there

 

I di not have a sim on my phone as I use another contract. I only pay monthly for the sim. now my contract ended on the 13th of april and I have given I.d. mobile 30 day notice. I cannot create an account with i.d. as i do not have a sim and cannot retrieve the security pin. i would like to not go ahead and upgrade as my 24month contract is up. Can I get someone from i.d. mobile to cancel my contract. i cannot get hold of customer service as the lines are closed.
