Hello. My pay monthly plan is nearly ending and I would like to cancel my plan earlier as I have lost my sim and no longer use my number. Please tell me how I can do this. Thanks

Sorry to hear you are leaving us.
If you follow these steps you should be able to end your plan.
- Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
- Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
- On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘End my plan’
- Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions
