How can I cancel my plan? I've lost my SIM and do not use the number

Hello. My pay monthly plan is nearly ending and I would like to cancel my plan earlier as I have lost my sim and no longer use my number. Please tell me how I can do this. ThanksĀ

If you follow these steps you should be able to end your plan.Ā 

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ā€˜My Accountā€™ Page
  • On the ā€˜Manage my planā€™ tile, select ā€˜End my planā€™
  • Select ā€˜End your iD Mobile planā€™ and follow the instructions
