My contract ends in January what notice do I need to give. To cancel and take my number with me

Hi @valentides,

We require 30-days notice of you wanting to cancel your plan, however as you want to take your number to another network, you can give a PAC code to the new network once the contract ends to avoid any termination charges. 

Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.

Using the PAC code will cancel your plan once it has been processed by the other network.
