My contract is due to expire later this month. I want to end it.
I have already got a PAC code.
When I click on the end my contract section on the app it says the website is under construction or something.
Please assist. I have been trying all morning to speak to someone via phone or live chat and there is no one to speak to.

Hello
If you’ve got a PAC code, then to end your contract, you simply use the PAC code.
The number leaves our network and then it’ll cancel the contract.
Keep your Direct Debit active and we’ll take the final bill payment when it’s due.
