ENDING MY MONTHLY CONTRACTS

My monthly 2 contracts has ended almost 2 years ago and I just stopped my direct debit on the contract 2 months ago. I did not use this 2 numbers for a single day neither did I renew the monthly contract. I was surprised to receive demand notice on the 2 numbers this week. I called the ID mobile office but due to the coronavirus lock down, the call center was not working. I need an urgent action on this problem.
