Error when requesting pac code

cancelled my contract within the 14 day cooling off period, sadly used my pac code from my old provider now wish to take my number BACK but there is an error message when I look for my PAC code.

Hi @Cam87,

We’re sorry to hear about that. Usually, when a 14-day return is done, the plan converts to a Pay As You Go one which enables you to then request a PAC code. We will send you a PM now to get this code for you given the issue.
