Finding my iD number on a non smart phone with no signal

I recently received my SIM card, but upon inserting it into my Nokia3310 discovered I have no signal at home. Unfortunately, this is quite a problem so I went about trying to cancel the contract. I wasn't able to create or log in to my account because I have no way of finding my number on my phone, so I took it to work and town in the hopes I'd have some signal and be able to text someone who could tell me my new number. Once again, no signal. So I tried calling up to cancel, but again they needed my iD number. 'Fine', I thought, 'I'll try the online chat'. Turns out I need the number for that too...
You get the idea.
I'm not paying much for the contract but I don't like the idea of wasting money on something I'm not able to use. What do I do?
Thanks in advance for any help/advice 🙂

Hi @Ferisher

I would recommend to check the email that you used to order your SIM you should have there a message titled "Welcome to ID" and there will be your phone number.
