I have recently been a victim of identity fraud and an ID contract has been taken out using my details. I have reported to action fraud. I have tried to contact ID mobile about this account by leaving a voicemail, Facebook and website but have received no reply which has been over 2 weeks now!
I urgently want this account closed and await a response.
