Fraudulent payment taken

I have had a payment taken out of my account for £24.99. This was not set up by myself and I have recently been the victim of identity fraud. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with someone via the chat and phone but I am unable to. Could somebody please assist me. This has been reported to the police and I can provide crime reference numbers.

I’m sorry to hear that.

Have you received any letters in the post regarding any accounts being set-up or anything at all?

Usually, in the cases of Fraud, this relates to an account set-up in your name but do not end up in payments being taken.

 

Can you give us a bit more information here so we can try to help?
