Going round in circles trying to cancel within 14 days

Website directs to live chat, live chat directs to My account online which only has the opyion to cancel with a 30 day notice hence charges would apply. I am within my 14 days. havent even used the sim. i only put it in my phone to allow me to receive the code to set up an onlibe account.

Glad i didnt stick around, the service is diabolical!

Someone sort this ASAP
