HAVING TROUBLE CANCELLING PLAN

I’m trying to cancel my son’s plan.  It is now out of contract.  He decided to go with another provider, got a PAC code, and is now using his new mobile.  However, it appears I still need to cancel it.  I have to admit I did cancel my direct debit as I wasn’t sure what else to do.  Could someone help?

Hi there @DeanMc 

Did you give the PAC (code) to the new provider?  If so, and the number was moved over.  Then that would bring all things to an end on the iD Mobile side.

If a PAC (code) is not used then an account would remain active and as it were.  Please let whomever it is who’s account it is to give the PAC (code) to the new supplier.

Or have whoever the named account holder is contact our Live Chat Team our ourselves here directly if they just need a disconnection (without moving the number).
