I cancelled my contract with in 14 days of taking it out, spoke to someone , they said all done, and I could cancel direct debit. Month later I'm billed, so I cancel direct debit and you send me an email saying you've cancelled your direct debit 😠 and you want to Bill me again, what's going on ???

I CANCELLED my contract with you.

No one answering phone no one replying to emails can't contact any one.  Help
