I need to cancel my upgrade as I have been unable to take delivery of the phone. I organised the upgrade though the id app. It says I have 14 days to change my mind but I am getting increasingly frustrated as I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone to help me to do that.
On Saturday I asked dpd to return the phone to Carphone wearhouse. I have tried the live chat and got a chat bot that is unable to help, I have been sent round in a circle on the customer help line. I visited the store but they said as it was done through the app they couldn’t help. I do not have my new phone and I do not want to be charged for the service I am not getting.
