How do I cancel my account?

Hi, I need help to cancel my account.

I dont use or have the SIM anymore, I forgot the account was open.

i try to login to the id mobile acount page but i get an error, there is NO LIVE CHAT and the phone number is useless?.

how do i cancel?

i cancelled the DD but received a threateneing email promising extra charges if i dont setup a new DD. check the account- it hasnt been used in months!

 

please help

If you don’t have your account registered (meaning you can’t do this through the iD Mobile App or website).

Then we’d need to take some personal details from you to confirm you’re the account holder in order to cancel your account.
