How do I cancel my account?

Hi, I have canceled my contract few times already on your app and on your website, but nothing happens, it’s been more than a month and you are still charging me. I have tried the live chat few times with no luck!!! Please cancel my account asap, as I did cancel my direct debit and I will not make any further payments to your company!!!

We are sorry to hear this, we will check your account to see if the cancellation was put in place, please check your PMs.

We require 30-days notice you see so it will still show you the above page right up until the plan has been disconnected.
