Hello @dwdevlin,

You can cancel by logging into the iD app/account and clicking My Account > End my plan

This will allow you to submit a 30-day disconnection or get a PAC code.

 

Alternatively,

Text PAC to 65075 from the iD SIM

Or 

STAC to 75075 

 

Then give that code to your new network. PAC if you wanted to keep the number, STAC if you did not want to keep the number.

Your new provider will either request the number (PAC) or tell us you have left (STAC) and we’ll release the number to them (PAC) thus cancelling, or (STAC) cancel the account as you’ve switched.

I don't want to take any details over to my new network all I want to do is cancel the account

You don’t need to with a STAC code as mentioned above.

 

A STAC code won’t require 30-days notice either.

Not to worry if you’re happy to proceed with a 30-day disconnection I will PM you now.
