How do I cancel my contract?

I've been trying for days to cancel my contract with iD as my signal has been appauling recently (1bar). Everytime I've tried to use the app it wouldnt let me, until today... the same day the contract renewed. As all the staff are at home, how would you recieve a refund for the service that you haven't used?

The app doesnt seem to work properly as noted by quite a few threads.

I realise this may not be the best time to chase these issues but as I'm working from home I need to be able to use my phone.

Hi GrimNews,

Apologies for inconvenience.

If you bought your SIM only plan recently (no more than 14 days ago in-store, or no more than 30 days ago online or by phone). You can simply process a return, rather cancelling your plan. It’s much easier. Visit the How to return your SIM only contract to find out more.
