How do I cancel my disconnection?

I've put in to cancle my contract but I need to cancle this. 

There's no way of getting in touch?!

I’ve only 2 days till I’m disconnected to to cancel and I’ve tried for 2 days to get hold of someone But can’t, please help it’s so frustrating
