Any ideas how to end the plan have been trying for over a week and either the app doesnt work or when I get on the link to end plan doesn’t work. Chatbot is useless and there are no contact numbers to actually speak to someone.

Did you want to keep the number or are you happy to lose this?
To keep your number:
Text PAC to the number 65075
Then give the PAC code to your new network who will port the number out of our network, thus cancelling.
If you want to lose the number:
Text STAC to 75075 to get a STAC code.
Give this to your new network who will then tell us you’ve left and this will cancel the service with us.
