How do I report a death

The account holder has died and I need to discuss the account with someone, can anyone help please as the echat is not working

We are so sorry to hear about your loss.

We just need to obtain some details and a copy of the death certificate in order to close the account.

To contact us, the Live Chat team are available for account related support. They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
