How do I report a death

The account holder has died and I need to discuss the account with someone, can anyone help please as the echat is not working

My son Philip McAlister died suddenly on the 1st May 2020

please cancel this account and confirm where I need to sen the Death certificate?

We just need to obtain some details and a copy of the death certificate in order to close the account.
