How to cancel sim only contract as it won't work in my new phone

New SIM arrived today. New phone arrived today. New SIM won’t work in new phone as apparently ID mobile SIM won’t work with 2g. 

I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect. Can’t see how on earth to do this and there is no online chat functionality? Please help.
