How to change from ID to ID

Hi I have been using ID sim from last 2 years but the account was under my Husband's name so recently we cancelled the contract and bought a new one under my name, now how could I change the old number to the new contract. Many thanks

Hello @MJaan,

 

It’s not possible to transfer the number via PAC code from the old iD plan to the new iD plan unfortunately.

 

You could look at transferring it out to a different network on a PAYG SIM, then transferring it from that network back into iD but it’s a rather complicated process and we don’t recommend it.
