Hello, guys. I really hope u would be able to help me. I need to get into my account to cancel my contract asap. But the problem is I can't remember my log in password and I've lost that ID Mobile SIM card. So the problem is I can't reset the password as I can't get the code to my ID mobile number. What should I do? As call centres doesn't work now.
