I am trying to terminate my contract

I am trying to terminate my contract, however it will not let me do this online and keeps telling me I need to contact ID mobile to do this.  However, your call centres are closed at the moment and I don’t want my contract to renew/ continue when it’s renewal date is due in May.

 

Can you please advise how I can cancel my contract when I cannot do it online and you can’t do it either as your call centres are closed?

If you are at the end of your contracted period and want to leave iD there are a few ways in which to do so

If you want to take your number to another network you can do this by getting your PAC, if you want to leave and not take your number with you, you can get a STAC. Both of these methods will terminate your iD mobile plan once you move to a new provider.

  • PAC

If you want to keep your mobile number and move to another provider simply text

PAC and send it to 65075

Its totally free and will also include important information about any early termination charges or pay-as-you-go credit balances

Reminder: you will have 30 days in which to provide your PAC to your new provider

 

  • STAC

If you don’t need to keep your number and want move to another provider simple text

STAC and send it to 75075

Again, its totally free and will also include important information about any early termination charges or pay-as-you-go credit balances

Reminder: you will have 30 days in which to provide your STAC to you new provider

 

If, however you are looking to cancel your plan and not move to another network, you’ll need to contact us to cancel your plan and give us 30 days notice to do so.

Hi jen, can you please let me know as I am in exactly the same boat. They told me to call today to give months notice, which I cant. When I've requested my final bill (ends may), they charged me for june too!! £43 instead of £22. Not happy.
