I can't cancel my account


Although I’ve use ID several times over the years, now I am very frustrated and disappointed.

I’ve been trying to cancel my account for 7 months now. Please make it stop.

I have tried repeatedly to discontinue XX-XXX-XXX-XXX.

We live in the United States. I purchased a SIM only account for my wife while she was in England. I think this was sometime early in August 2019. I called to discontinue the account upon her return at the end of September 2019.

I have spoken to agents several times. Unfortunately, I only noted their names the last 2 times. Each time, they have assured me that the account would be closed.

However, you keep taking money out of my bank account and recently, I received a dunning letter saying that I need to pay up or else. Even though the account is on direct debit, I paid the account to make sure.

Here is a log of the calls I have placed. I've spent many dollars and way too much time and I need to get this resolved.

8 days, no contact for 4 days, still no resolution. Not happy.

I have been trying tomake an alteration to my account but cant get anywhere.

Just get go to my account cant do that either consequently I am being cut off all the time.   I cant even pay the tiny amount owing on line.  Sent letter with cheque  not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement.  The sooner I can  cancel this contract the better

What alteration did you want to make?

You can call 0333 003 7777 and after the automated message ends, you can enter the iD number (if calling from a non-iD phone) then select Option 2 and 2 again to make a payment.
