I can't get a PAC code

I have been texting, phoning, emailing and trying to use the Live Chat to get a pac code. No route has been successful. Please tell me how I can successfully get a pac code.

Hi @CaitlinReilly,

We are sorry to hear about the troubles you have faced. Texting PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999) should have worked as we'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.
