I cant accces my account to pay overdue bill

I bought a sim only deail around 2 years ago for an employee. I didn't register the account at the time and I now want to pay the outstanding amount and cancel the contract. I cannot access my online account as I never registered and I cant create an account as I do not have access to the simcard or the phone. I have an account number and the phone number but that's it. What can I do?
