How do i cancel my id contract i dont know my number or anything customer services is a complete waste of time i just want too cancel a service ive never used and getting billed for. just cancel it already.

I need it cancelled I did send my name address bank name d.o.b but nothing since I was asked to give it. I just want it cancelled asap.

It's been over 48 hrs I just want too cancel this plan this direct debt and never hear from you lot ever again if it's not cancelled within the time frame you've given ie 48 hrs then start expecting legal proceedings against you.
