I need help with cancelling my contract? I'm unable to login either?

I have broken my phone and forgotten my pin to allow it ti work in a new phone and have forgotten the password and username and i want to cancel my contract is there anything i can do

I wish to cancel my contract and pay it up but my phone doesn’t work at all and never has done
