I have followed all of your directions every time and the site takes me to a site which is under construction, so there is no way to cancel your contract on this site which contradicts your own terms and conditions and nullifies our contract.
As I will not need the SIM card again I agree to nullifying the contract and have cancelled my direct debit payment.
I am also a member of Which Magazine and will be advising them of your totally unacceptable site.

We have other routes and methods of cancellation which can be followed but we will send you a PM now to help with cancellation as cancelling the Direct Debit is not a valid way to cancel any contract agreement.
