I need to cancel my new sim only contract

I have a new sim only contract but despite many attempts to try and cancel it seems almost impossible. Its like banging my head against a brick wall, a service reliant on chat with a chat bot and when your about to loose the will to live you ask to speak to an operator to be told none are available. 

Any Ideas as to a phone number so i can speak to a human?????

Hello @marka,

You can cancel by texting PAC to 65075 to get a PAC code and using this or STAC to 75075 for a STAC code and using this.

PAC = keeping number

STAC = losing

To use, simply give to the new network.

Alternatively, you can process a 30-day disconnection via the app/account.
