I requested PAC code instead of STAC code, and when I now request the STAC code it says it can’t give me it as I have already been given PAC. I am trying to move number from one ID mobile phone to another. Live chat not on so dont know where to request they cancel PAC code.

Are you trying to move your number from iD mobile to iD Mobile? or another network?
