I want a new PAC code you keep sending the old one

Hi

 

i requested a pac code but it expired before my new sim arrived. 
 

I have requested it again a number of times and you keep sending the old one.

 

please send a new code today so I can leave ID as it’s the worst network I have ever experienced. I’m paying for nothing. No internet and no calls and no direct way to contact customer services.
