I want to cancel a recent SIM only order


How to cancel my new SIM card didn’t register didn’t use and not been open it yet. Want to cancel.

Hi there Zia.

Any SIM purchased from us should be working from the day it arrives by default.  If you’re using an old or basic handset that doesn’t support 3G at least then it may likely be your phone is not compatible with our network.

We’ve contacted you via Private Message so that we can get some further details from you in order to cancel any recent order you’ve made with us.

I purchased a sim only deal today ref 114481622 but have changed my mind & would like to cancel it.  I am going to look for a sim plan with unlimited data. I would also like my current contract to end once my last payment t has been made
