I want to cancel my contract

I have tried to contact you to sort my contract with you I went to Carphone Warehouse to cancel in September they did this for us but we have since had demands for more payments  my number I’m trying to cancel is [EDIT] my name is Christine [EDIT]. I don’t use the phone any more so I definitely need it cancelled
