I want to cancel my plan, I don’t want a PAC or a STAC i just want to cancel. When I go on the app and click ‘thinking of leaving’ it tells me to go to the website, when I go to the website and click ‘thinking of leaving’ it tells me to go to the website. When I click on the contact us it says the page is under construction and when I try and Live Chat is says all advisors are busy, please try later!

Hi ck1982,
From the app, under leave iD Mobile, click “Start Switching Now”. Then on the next page, click end your iD Mobile plan.

No it doesn’t help. When I click ‘Start switching now’ it shows the total amount left on the contract and then says ‘Please contact customer services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact us’ but when I click on the link it says the link ‘Auto Switching community is under construction’
